Will Block is a Partner at Olympus Companies, where he leads the firm's day-to-day operations and strategic direction across development, construction, capital markets, and asset management verticals. Prior to Olympus, Will worked with multifamily owners and developers throughout the southeastern United States, with a primary focus on attainable housing, leading the capitalization and acquisition of more than 2,000 apartment units. Over the course of his career, Will has been responsible for the development and rehabilitation of more than 4,000 apartment units, having operated in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, and Nevada.
